Diversity in Clinical Trials: Patient Advocacy and Resources

Join us for our first ever LinkedIn Live event! Clinical trials are used to characterize the safety and efficacy of medical products intended to prevent, treat, or diagnose many diseases. Unfortunately, many individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic populations are frequently underrepresented in biomedical research despite having a disproportionate disease burden for certain diseases relative to their proportional representation in the general population.
